Dana Blankenship is the Owner and CEO of Blankenship Change Consulting; a firm she founded in 2005 to help organizations navigate complex transformation with clarity and confidence. With more than three decades of experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership development, Dana has partnered with executive teams to deliver large-scale business transformations that improve alignment, build leadership capability, and sustain long-term success.

Before establishing Blankenship Change Consulting, Dana was a Partner at Accenture, where she spent nearly 15 years leading change management and organizational transformation consulting. Her expertise spans organizational design, competency and career model development, technology assimilation and communications strategy. Dana holds both a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Baylor University.
